Dr. Alfred Tamaraun-Etina Mulade is a distinguished Nigerian academic, researcher, and management consultant from Gbaramatu in Warri South-West Local Government Area of Delta State. He is widely respected for his intellectual depth, leadership capacity, and sustained contributions to education, development policy, and institutional management, particularly within the Niger Delta region. An award winner at the “NDDC @ 25” celebration, Dr. Mulade has been formally recognized for his impactful work in advancing educational excellence, sustainable peacebuilding, and human capacity development in oil-producing communities.

He served as the immediate-past Registrar of the Nigeria Maritime University, Okerenkoko, where he played a critical role in strengthening administrative systems, academic governance, and institutional growth during a formative period of the university’s development. His public service experience spans several strategic roles, including appointments with the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), and as a Special Adviser to the Bayelsa State Government, where he contributed to policy formulation, project oversight, and development initiatives.

Dr. Mulade also served as National Secretary of the Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF), a leading socio-political organization advocating for peace, equity, and sustainable development in the Niger Delta. In this role, he was actively involved in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and regional development advocacy at both national and international levels.

In the private sector, he is the Chairman of Globetrust Nigeria Limited, a globally rated project management and consultancy firm, providing advisory services in project management, development planning, and institutional capacity building. Academically robust, Dr. Mulade holds multiple doctoral and master’s degrees in petroleum economics, maritime and oil & gas management, international law and diplomacy, public and international affairs, and project management, reflecting a rare multidisciplinary expertise that underpins his effectiveness as a scholar, administrator, and development consultant.
